It’s hard to believe it’s already been 10 years, what a ride! Looking back at our 9th Anniversary, we leaned hard into two old favorites, Citra and Galaxy, to bring notes of lychee, sweet peach, and passion fruit. Low-key additions of Belma and Cashmere Cryo add a touch of soft stone fruit and strawberry. (10.0%)
10th Anniversary Collaboration #6 IPA
An IPA collab with Motueka, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin with two legendary breweries, perfect for a 10 year anniversary. We teamed up with Matt Bryndilson and Sean Lawson, stellar brewers and people, for this IPA with ripe mango, white grape, lemon-lime candy, papaya and hint of dankness to keep all the fruit grounded. (6.5%)
10th Anniversary Collaboration #7 Smoothie Sour
When we put together the team for this collaboration we wanted to team up with some of our favorite fruited sour beers makers and friends. They all have different approaches but all make awesome sour ales. For a 10th anniversary sour we went with a shared love, the margarita, specifically a strawberry lime margarita. We blended in some anejo tequila aged seltzer into the base beer to add some tequila character along with strawberries, lime, a hint of tangerine puree, and some soft serve ice cream for extra body. 10th Anniversary Collaboration #8 Imperial IPA
This group knocks it out of the park all the time with their DIPA’s, so… we made a DIPA. We used some pretty fun new hops mixed with a classic. HBC1019 Lupomax, Anchovy, Citra and YCH 702 Citra make up the hopping profile giving notes of peach rings, and orange slices, candied watermelon, and lychees. Here’s to 10 years more with this crew. 10th Anniversary Collaboration #9 Imperial IPA
This classy group of humans makes some amazing beers and are entertaining as hell to hang out with, double win. The group voted and we agreed to use Galaxy, Strata and some experimental HBC 586 in this one to coax out some classic tropical fruit, especially passionfruit, mango and guava, some strawberry with dispensary notes, and some complex citrus. (8.5%)
10th Anniversary Collaboration #10 Triple IPA
We’ve been buddies with this group for a long time, some of them for as much as 9 years of the 10 we have been in business. We’ve all been through and seen a lot together and sometimes you just need a strong beer, like a triple IPA, to make it through. Consensus was reached and Riwaka, Riwaka Hop Kief, Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe were used in this big ipa. A big thanks to this group for always being there for us and making amazing and inspired beer! (10.2%)
