Red 5 de Diciembre is the largest network of producers in La Canada with over 1300 indigenous grows. Formed in 2014 on the 5th of December after La Roya(leaf rust) devastated their crops, this organization works together to increase quality and improve value for the farmers. This coffee has notes of dark chocolate fudge, dried cherry, praline, vanilla, and tamarind.
