This coffee comes from 40 family farms in Oaxaca and comprises the coffee varieties Typica la Pluma and Typica Azteca. These farms have been organized into a cooperative by Jaime Guzman, Erasmo Garcia and José Contreras who have been pushing selective picking and lot separation of competition-level coffee to elevate the reputation of their coffee community. This coffee is a crowd pleaser with notes of peach cobbler, milk chocolate and balanced lime acidity that plays well with the sweetness of this coffee. 12 oz bag.
