Our long time co-conspirators at Burial came through for Philly Beer Week and helped us brew this cold ipa with Eclipse and Nelson hops. We fermented this one with a special thiolized lager strain and a healthy dose of Phantasm from our friends in NZ. Sweet orange, passion fruit, white wine, and some pineapple.(7.0%)
