Motueka Chroma IPA (6.3%) We get our Motueka from our friends @freestylehops in Nelson, New Zealand. The Motueka used in this batch was from our favorite lot of the lots we selected and has a well rounded lemon-lime character with a big hit of strawberry which is a more unusual character in this hop. Complex and fascinating.
