Broccoli Triple Dry Hopped Imperial India Pale Ale (7.9%)
An aromatic blast of dank, fruity and citrus hops scaled up from our usual DDH version containing Mosaic, Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc and Cascade.
Crudité Imperial India Pale Ale (10.0%)
You know we like our veggies around Other Half. This triple IPA is serious platter of Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, HBC 586, and a pinch of Sabro. HBC 586 continues to be a rising star with big tropical and citrus fruit character that integrates nicely with a ton of other rockstar hops. Nelson and Mosaic combine to make a character similar to floating sweet orange and mango in a dank and fruity sauv blanc. A small amount of Sabro layers in some rich tropical fruit notes.
Heavy Cheddar Double Dry Hopped Imperial India Pale Ale (10.0%)
A thick slab of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Ekuanot and Motueka. We use a heavy dose of Citra and Ekuanot Incognito to make this our dankest, juiciest cheddar ever.
Gouda Double Dry Hopped Imperial India Pale Ale (8.0%)
An imperial IPA we stacked up with Citra, Strata, Comet, and Eclipse. With Comet, old is new again. Comet was originally bred and released in the 60’s but didn’t make the cut for the American style light lagers of the time. But it’s big on zesty citrus character and pineapple. The other hop in this IPA that we don’t use a lot yet is Eclipse, a new Australian variety, that has a lot of sweet orange and fruit flavor.
Cabbage Imperial India Pale Ale Experimental Version (7.9%)
Cabbage is usually brewed with a mix of Mosaic, Simcoe, Motueka and Vic Secret T-90 hop pellets. For this version we took out some of the T-90’s and replaced them with Incognito hop extract and Cryo versions of the Mosaic and Simcoe to brighten up the hop profile and bring forward even more fruit character.
Wangies Imperial Rye Cream India Pale Ale w/Burial Beer Co. (8.3%)
Wangies is an Imperial Rye Cream India Pale Ale brewed with our friends at Burial Beer Co. It is brewed with rye, some oats, and a hint of lactose and is heavily hopped with Wai-iti, Simcoe, Amarillo, Citra and Motueka.
American Cheese India Pale Ale (6.5%)
An all American classic hopped accordingly with Citra, Simcoe, Cashmere, and Cascade which are some of the best American-bred hops of all time. Tropical fruits, fruity pebbles, candied pineapple, soft citrus, and floral notes.
Double Dry Hopped Spinach India Pale Ale (7.0%)
You gotta get your greens if you want to be strong, just don’t squeeze the can too hard. Packed with Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Nelson Sauvin.
