Dumps
This Imperial IPA is juicier than a soup dumpling but hopped with way more delicious Nectaron, Nectaron Cryo, Riwaka, Anchovy and HBC1019 hops. (7.9%)
HDHC Broccoli Special Reserve (2025)
Broccoli Special Reserve has only the choicest florets of Simcoe, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin and in this case instead of Strata, we add Citra. A special addition to our combo of selected hops to make it even more punchy and tropical. (8.3%)
HDHC Cabbage Special Reserve (2025)
The choicest heads of cabbage go into this Imperial IPA packed with Nectaron, Simcoe, Mosaic and Motueka along with some Mosaic and Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic Incognito. (8.3%)
HDHC Cheddar Special Reserve (2025)
Straight from the cheese cave to your glass, this extra special reserve edition of Cheddar has Cashmere, Krush, Riwaka, Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Incognito, Krush Cryo and Cashmere Cryo. (8.3%)
Avocado
This richly hopped Imperial IPA has some berry and tropical fruit notes infused with complex citrus notes, especially sweet lime. Hopped with Citra, Mosaic. Motueka and Zumo. (7.9%)
California Roll
A California roll in the magical form of a West Coast IPA with our California friends at Cellarmaker Brewing. This clear crisp hop wonder is hopped with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Nectaron and Motueka, all from our selected lots. (6.8%)

For customers in AZ, CA, CT, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, LA, MA, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OK, RI, TX, and WA:
Orders will start shipping on Tuesday, April 29th 2025. Any order placed after Monday, April 28th at 10 am will not ship until Tuesday, May 6th 2025. There will be a $14 shipping & handling fee per box for these states as we work with a 3rd party shipper. Deliveries from our third party shipper may take 7-10 days to arrive AFTER shipping, so please be patient.
