This Pale Ale brewed with our friends at @breaksidebrews features Amarillo and a dose of Phantasm in the mash for maximum Thiol extraction. It was then dry hopped with our hand selected Citra, before receiving an additional dry hop of Mosaic, Amarillo, Nectaron, and even more Citra. Crisp with a balanced bitterness, this beer has notes of grapefruit, candied citrus peel, and bold tropical fruits. (6.0%)
