BA Snowbirds 8
Our 8th year of our classic Snowbirds collab with our friends at J. Wakefield. We condition this bourbon BA Imperial Stout with delicious Marcona almonds, raw macaroon cut coconut, toasted coconut flakes and cacao nibs. (12.5%)
BA Snowbirds 8 – Double Barrel Banana Nut Muffin
A new variant entry in the Snowbirds series. This imperial stout is double barrel aged, 10 months in Bourbon barrels then transferred to Rye whiskey barrels for an additional 14 months. We then took this double barrel magic and conditioned it on wild Thai bananas, toasted walnuts, vanilla and cinnamon to give it a distinct banana nut muffin character. (12.5%)
BA Cannoli Canoodling
Our friends at Great Notion brewed this stout base for barrels with us over 2 years again and it’s been sitting in bourbon barrels ever since until we pulled them and conditioned the base on pistachios, vanilla and cannoli shells. This bourbon barrel flavored pistachio cannoli is big on NYC character and is favored by our pals Broc and Squatch. (12.0%)
