Almond-Topped Molasses Maple Banana Ice Cream BA Imperial Stout (13.6%) We’ve done a number of Snowbirds variants over the years but this has to be our favorite. In addition to Snowbirds usual marcona almond, coconut, and cacao nibs we also add maple, molasses, wild thai bananas and some milk sugar. Very decadent. Aged in a mix of 14-22 month bourbon barrels.
