Hi, Motueka Sunrise Valley

Hi, Motueka is a celebration of an OH favorite Motueka hops. In this case we have 2 versions of this IPA to explore the variances introduced by climate, soil and place. This particular version has Sunrise Valley grown Motueka from the Upper Moutere Valley near Nelson, NZ. Warmer and lower elevation than Nelson Lakes, it has shorter growing season. This lot has subtle sweet tropical notes and round citrus character with less dankness. Compare it to our Nelson Lakes edition of Hi, Motueka to fully understand the the differences. (6.8%)
